Margaret "Peg" Diehl, LCADC, ICADC
Co-Founder
Peg Diehl Founder
"Peg" Diehl has helped write Seabrook House's rich, 33-plus year history as much as anyone. She co-founded Seabrook House with her late husband Jerome J. Diehl in 1974, designed and implemented the original family treatment program at Seabrook House, and continues to work today in the Seabrook House Family Program. She has been a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) since 1977, an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC) since 1991 and in 2004, became one of the first Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LCADC) in New Jersey. Peg began her recovery as a family member 38 years ago.

"Ed" began his career in the chemical dependency treatment field in 1976. A year later, Ed joined his family at Seabrook House in 1977 as a Certified Alcoholism Counselor (CAC). In 1986, Ed was named Vice-President of Clinical and Community Services, overseeing all treatment activities and external communications. Shortly after his father's death in 1989, Ed was appointed President of Seabrook House - the position he holds today. Ed's expertise lies in the areas of healthcare financing, development, public policy, and managing within a rapidly changing environment. In 2008, Ed will celebrating 34 years of sobriety.

"Matt" oversees admissions, marketing, community relations, business development, contracts management, medical records, facilities management, all support services and information technology at Seabrook House. In his 19 plus years with the organization, Matt has served as a Helpline Counselor, Director of Admissions, Director of Business Development, and in his current position, as Vice President of Business Operations. In 2008, Matt will celebrate 24 years in recovery from chemical dependency. LinkedIn Profile

Lynne Sennett, MPH, BSN, RNLynne Sennett Alcohol Detox Executive
Vice President Treatment Services

Lynne oversees the clinical treatment team and the nursing and medical staff at Seabrook House. She also has administrative responsibility for adult residential care, along with MatriArk at Seabrook House, the organization's philanthropic program for women and their children. Prior to Seabrook House, Lynne served eight years as President and CEO of the Visiting Nurse Association of Maryland in Baltimore. She has been published in several nursing industry publications and has received the Administrator of the Year Award from the National Association for Home Care. Lynne holds a Master of Public Health Degree from The John Hopkins University and earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Columbia University. Lynne began her recovery as a family member over 21 years ago.

James F. Mulligan, M.D., ASAMaddiction medical doctor
Medical Director

Dr. Mulligan oversees the medical treatment of patients for detoxification and residential treatment, and created a program for medical residents and students at Seabrook House. He earned his M.D. from Hahnemann University and is a certified member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). Before joining Seabrook House, Dr. Mulligan was the Medical Director at Caron Foundation in Wernersville, PA. Prior to that, he operated a group family practice for 25 years in York, PA, and has served as the Director of the Addictions Program at York Hospital in York, PA. Dr. Mulligan is a frequent speaker at conferences and workshops on various addiction topics. He earned his undergraduate degree at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA. "Jim" is a recovered family member.

As Controller of Seabrook House, Arthur is responsible for all aspects of Seabrook House’s financial operations, including budget preparation, supervision of finance department staff, including Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Arthur holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Rowan University and before joining Seabrook House served as the Fiscal Controller for Philadelphia Health Management Corp. in Philadelphia, PA.

Vice President Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, Denise is responsible for the strategic planning, development and delivery of employee programs and services to over 200 employees at Seabrook House, MatriArk Family Center and Seabrook West. Prior to joining our leadership team, Denise served in a similar role at Metrologic Instruments, Inc. in Gloucester Township, N.J. Denise brings over 15 years of progressive hands-on experience from the variety human resources specialties. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is certified by the organization as a professional in human resources (PHR). Denise earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a dual concentration in HR and marketing from Rowan University. She began her recovery as a family member 3 years ago
